Village Yoga strives to offer classes for everyone. Below are some classes that would be appropriate for seniors.

Seniors Yoga

Enjoy exercise in a class designed just for you! The poses and methods covered in our senior’s class will allow you to increase  flexibility, core strength, endurance, lung capacity and overall wellness. Yoga is an excellent way to keep the mind and body healthy and strong. No previous yoga experience necessary.

Gentle Flow

A great class for seniors, beginners, those healing from an injury or anybody looking for a gentle workout. Come and benefit from this slow, flowing style class that focuses on providing modifications that will work for your body. No previous yoga experience necessary.
