This class is suitable for all levels of Pilates experience (from none to experienced). We will build on the basic Pilates principles from the work of Joseph Pilates. Modifications for different fitness levels, experience levels, etc., are made to accommodate each individual’s needs. Foam rollers, Pilates balls, and bands are sometimes incorporated in the class.
During each 50-minute class, you will increase your deep abdominal strength, posture, flexibility, concentration, body awareness as well as upper-body and lower-body strength. All that you need to do is to show up with a willingness to focus and eagerness to work!
